- App performance and crash data

- Provide, operate, and improve the Nurvixa platform and its adaptive learning features

- Send study reminders, streak notifications, and re-engagement communications (you may opt out at any time)
- Analyze aggregate usage patterns to improve platform performance

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data to serve third-party advertising.
3Data Sharing and Third Parties
We share your information only in limited circumstances:

6Account Deletion
You may delete your Nurvixa account at any time from within the app under Settings → Account → Delete Account. Upon deletion:
- Your profile and study data will be permanently removed within 30 days
- Billing records may be retained as required by law
- Anonymized, aggregate usage data may be retained for platform improvement
Account deletion does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Please cancel your subscription before deleting your account to avoid future charges.
7Children's Privacy
Nurvixa is designed for nursing students and adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a minor has submitted personal data, contact us at support@nurvixa.com.
8Cookies and Tracking
We use essential cookies and similar technologies to operate the platform (session management, authentication). We may use analytics cookies to understand platform usage in aggregate. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
You may control cookie settings through your browser, though disabling essential cookies may affect platform functionality.
9California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

10Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by a prominent notice within the Nurvixa platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of Nurvixa after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
